motoswinger.com is operated by Rob Brus, trading as Moto Swinger, in New South Wales, Australia. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you don't, that's fine, please don't use it.
You're welcome here for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
All video, photography, writing, design and the Moto Swinger name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You can share and link to it as published. You can't sell it, re-upload it as your own, or use it to promote a product without asking first, and we're generally happy to be asked.
If you send photos, footage or a swap request, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use what you send in connection with Moto Swinger, on the channel, on this site and on social media, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission.
Sending a request doesn't create an agreement, and we can say yes or no to any request for any reason. Anything to do with an actual swap, licences, insurance, excess, filming, where and when, is agreed directly between the two riders before a swap happens. Nothing on this website changes your insurer's terms or your legal obligations as a rider.
Everything published here is one rider's honest opinion after a short ride. It isn't professional, mechanical, safety or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for a proper inspection, a test ride or a qualified mechanic. Don't buy a motorcycle because of a video.
We link to YouTube and other sites we don't control. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
We keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it's error-free or never offline. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
